The duties of the Congregation are oriented by the general definitions involving the administrative and academic organization of the entity.
The Director of FALE presides over the Congregation, and in succession: the Vice-Director, Coordinators and Adjunct Coordinators of the Undergraduate Program, Graduate Program Coordinators, Human Resources Coordinators, Committee Chair of the Extension Program, Research Coordinator, and 12 representatives of the faculty, technical, and administrative staff, elected by their peers. Representatives serve a minimum of 2 years
