All participants who are going to present papers should register for the Conference, starting in April. To participate in the Conference, you are required to pay two different fees: (1) the IAWIS/AIERTI mandatory membership fee; and (2) the Conference registration fee. There will also be some optional activities (3) not included in these fees.
(1) THE IAWIS/AIERTI MEMBERSHIP FEE:
For those of you who are still not a member of IAWIS/AIERTI, please visit the Association’s website (https://www.iawis.org/membership-adhesion) to learn more about how to become an affiliate. If any further clarification is needed, please contact Prof. Sophie Aymes, IAWIS’s membership secretary: Sophie.Stokes-Aymes@u-bourgogne.fr
Payment deadline ends August 01, 2023.
(2) REGISTRATION FEE: The registration fee will have a fixed cost for both Professors and researchers. It will cover local expenses, including the equipment for transmission in the hybrid sessions. The costs will be:
- 25 Euros until August 01.
- 30 Euros after August 01.

In spite of the registration fee exemption, graduate students are evidently still required to register for the event.

About the conference format
Our purpose is to encourage, as far as possible, an in-person conference. We understand that they are essential to create opportunities for academic and personal exchange, and to provide moments for discussions in an immersive experience, which may involve researchers from different backgrounds, as well as undergraduate and graduate students. However, we also acknowledge that virtual meetings allow interactions on a much broader scale than exclusively face-to-face conferences.
Therefore, the Organising Committee will make every effort to hold a hybrid event, which will cater to those participants who, for compelling reasons, cannot attend it in person.
We recommend accessing our website regularly to check for updates on the format, as well as other information about the conference.
