- Travel Information

International participants from some countries may require a Visa in order to be granted entrance into Brazil. We urge all internationals to check this information ahead of time. Generally, it is possible to apply for a 90-day Visit Visa, which may be obtained online. Some initial information can be found in the Ministry of Foreign Relations Website.

You will arive at Tancredo Neves International Airport, also known as Confins Airport. From there, we recommend that you catch an Uber in order to get to Belo Horizonte. The airport is considerably far from the city. It should take you about 45 minutes to get to your hotel, depending on the traffic.

- The Colloquium

The event will take place at UFMG's main campus. Its address is Av. Antônio Carlos, 6627, Pampulha.

There will be Colloquium activities at the College of Language and Literature (FALE), the School of Fine Arts (EBA), the School of Music (Música), the Dean's Office Building (Reitoria), and the Centers of Academic Activities 2 and 3 (CAD 2 and CAD 3).
